Mission: To assist
the Pastor in enhancing the spiritual life of the church in addition
to administering the ordinances of Baptism and the observance of the
Lord’s Supper.
Deaconess Ministry
Director: Hazel Williams
Mission: The Deaconess
Ministry shall assist the Pastor in ministering to the spiritual,
physical, and emotional needs of the congregation, which includes
preparing for the observance of the Lord’s Supper and Baptism. To
work in conjunction with the Deacon Ministry to support the Pastor,
visit the sick and shut-in and those in nursing homes. Deaconesses
also help administer communion, assists in the preparation of
candidates for Baptism, and support the Ministries

Mission: To partner with
the Pastor, ensuring that all worshippers are welcomed and prepared
for a spiritual experience, and to see that perfect order is kept in
and around the Church.
Men's Ministry
The Men's Ministry program at Mount Calvary Baptist Church is dedicated to
providing a safe and affirming environment where men can experience
the reality of a caring God. We desire to provide today's men with
the tools they need to be a compassionate, righteous, Godly men in
service to their family, their church, and their communities.

Mission:
The Domestic Missions exists to inform church
members of home mission opportunities and to provide encouragement
and resources for those who choose to participate in these
opportunities. There is a variety of ways that Christians
demonstrate God's love and bring others to faith in Jesus. Three
broad categories stand out: praying, giving, and going
Multi Media Ministry
This
ministry provides audio, tape and video support for the Church
during worship services and special activities. They ensure that
tapes are available for worshipers and for the sick and shut-in.
They tape and video all special services of the Church, including
concerts, special days, drama presentations, etc.
Women's Ministry- Women of

Mission:
The Women's Department strives to help develop a spiritual
fellowship among the women of the church that will strengthen them
in their faith and love of Our Lord Jesus Christ. This important
branch of Mount Calvary's congregation seeks to work in practical ways to
foster friendships among the church's women that will provide each
woman with a support group to whom she can turn in times of joy and
sorrow, in times of difficulties and in times of celebration. It
seeks to help provide information as well as inspiration to Mount
Calvary's women as they strive to be devoted wives, mothers, daughters and
sisters in Christ. Ever mindful of the Bible's teachings regarding
the power of a virtuous woman, we seek to encourage each other to
pursue Godlike goals, tirelessly working for the good of our
families, our communities, our church and our Heavenly Savior
Youth Ministry

Mission:
The Youth Ministry at Mount Calvary
Baptist Church is dedicated to providing spiritual guidance and
understanding to our youth on the life style that God would have them
live. We strive to help our youth develop a relationship with God and
each other, so they will be better equipped to deal with the ungodly
distractions of this world.
Young Adults Ministry
The Young Adult Ministry
is here for you! - young Christian adults, married or single in their 20s,
30s and 40s. The Young Adult Ministry has one purpose, and that is to
put people like you in contact with other people and programs that
respond to your needs. We're here to help you any way we can.
The goal of our
ministry is to enlist all Progressive Young Adult in fellowship to
promote spiritual growth, evangelism, Christian education, missions
and stewardship.
Transportation Ministry

Mission: The mission of the Transportation Ministry is to transport members
(especially our seniors and persons with disabilities) to and from
worship services and other religious functions and recreational
events.
